On Site Position in Savannah, GA

The Scheduling Coordinator ensures smooth deliveries, project installations, and sees all KDS projects to completion. He or she requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Coordinate the delivery, installation, quality walk, and all warranty issues to ensure that KDS jobs meet our high-quality standards.
• Develop reports on all of the above and report to the CEO and Operations Manager
• Create electronic work schedules for the logistics and production teams
• Communicate directly with Cabinet Installers/Subcontractors for installation issues
• Communicate with Installers, Project Managers, Suppliers, and the KDS Team
• Resolve on-site installation and warranty issues
• Attend the weekly Logistics Meeting
• Attend the weekly Production Meeting
• Order, maintain, and inspect the in-stock replacement items including trim, filler, touch-up kits, and misc. hardware
• Research and Development for Process Improvement
