Brennan Installed as 2011-2012 HBA President

Read Brennan of Synergy Designer Homes was recently installed as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.

Born and raised in Savannah, GA.  Brennan attended Benedictine Military School and then graduated from the University of Georgia. Mr. Brennan has worked in the construction and development business since graduating from college, his first stint working for a commercial developer where he was on the ground hands on during the demo and construction of a 22 unit condominium and marina development. He then started working for a local production builder where he did so for approximately 3 years and building over 300 homes. Mr. Brennan then started Synergy Designer Homes, Inc. in 2005. Synergy Designer Homes builds in communities in and around the greater Savannah area. 

Mr. Brennan currently serves as the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah’s President as well as being on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Georgia. He sits on numerous committees, Engineers & Developers Council, Affordable Housing Task Force for the Metropolitan Planning Commission, Sales and Marketing Council as well as Chairing our local annual charity Christmas in the Square.

Brennan resides in Savannah with his wife, Caroline and two sons, Read and Thomas.
