Awarded to the individual(s) with the highest dollar volume and/or highest number of units closed in 2009 under the following categories:
1. New Home Sales by an On-Site Agent
2. New Home Sales by a General Brokerage Agent

Presented to the community of a planned development exemplifying a coordinated sales and marketing effort to the Greater Savannah Area. Judged on implementation and creativity of a marketing plan, cost and continuity of all marketing (graphics, advertising, sales offices, merchandising, signage, and product design), and overall sales success.

Master Suite shall consist of the main bedroom, any adjoining space such as sitting areas, walk-in closets, and bath area. Entries will be judges on functionality of floor plan, creative and efficient use of space, innovative use of fixtures and materials and appeal to the target market.

Awarded to the individual with the highest number of residential loan closings in 2009 (at least 10% of loan volume must be from new residential construction).

A sustained marketing campaign to introduce and promote a new home company, builder, community, master planned development, promotion campaign or event. Judged on definition of marketing objectives, concept, copy, layout, overall design and execution of strategy, coordination of media, creativity, results in market place and continuity.

Awared to a home plan that displays excells in functionality of floor plan, creative and efficient use of space, innovative use of fixtures and materials and appeal to the target market.

Awarded to the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or any person who displays exemplary work in a company's marketing or sales management efforts who excels in sales production, sales training, market research, marketing effectiveness and creativity, product development, and HBA and SMC involvement. A printed advertisement, marketing piece or direct mail piece in color or black and white. Judged on concept, copy, layout, overall design,execution as it relates to a specific target market, and the qualified traffic the ad generated.

Awarded to a home that displays an overall visually appealing exterior, inviting entry, coordination of colors, how well the landscape enhances the architecture, use of varied plant materials, placement of features such as walkways, retaining walls etc.

ROOKIE OF THE YEARAwarded to the individual who entered real estate sales in 2009 and has demonstrated excellence in sales, personal growth and a significant impact to the industry.

Any original internet home page design to market a new home company, builder, community, or promotional campaign. Judged on results in market place, overall design and execution, media used, ease of navigation, message and emotion communicated to target market.

A design center whose primary function is servicing the clients for new home construction. Judged on general layout and functionality, efficiency of space, how well the center services the targeted market of the builders, how well it encourages buyers to purchase additional features, and its overall environment.

Any home designed and decorated to feature a home's assets and benefits to the target market. Judged on function, aesthetics and amenities, use of color, texture, materials, interior space, furnishings, accessories, window and wall treatments in relation to the specified target market and continuity with the marketing program.

Any area dedicated as a sales or presentation area for a builders project. Judged on function of floor plan layout, ability to visually convey information and communicate the marketing theme, product and builder image, and continuity with the marketing program.

Presented to the home that offers the buyer the most "Bang for their Buck". Home must meet the needs of the target market based on affordability, quality, features, location etc. Entries will be judged on features of home, price of home and appeal to the target market.

Any printed collateral advertising or promotion of a new home community, builder, company, or master planned development. Judged on concept, copy, overall design execution,message, and identity conveyed to the target market.

Any sign program that can include billboards, sales office, model signs, directional signs,entrance signs, bandit signs, flags, and for sale and sold signs designed to market a new home company, builder, community, or master plan. Judged on concept, copy, readability, location strategy, continuity with the marketing program, impact, and execution.

ENTRY RULES & REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY
All entries must be for work or for results achieved from the calendar year beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009. All product must be in the Greater Savannah Area.
ENTRY PRESENTATION
ALL AWARD CATEGORIES MUST HAVE A REGISTRATION SHEET AND A CATEGORY ENTRY FORM
1. All entries must be in a 3-ring binder or similar presentation style with a clear plastic insert front cover, and clear plastic protective sheets for inserted pages.
2. Place Category Entry Form as front cover and the Registration Sheet as the first page.
3. Include a professional headshot as a digital file on a CD. Place CD in binder. A digital image may be e-mailed to cyndi@homebuildersofsavannah.com. Images must be labeled with first and last name. Photos will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
4. Entry Fee must accompany all entries
5. Only one entry per binder. Exception: All entries for individual achievement will be automatically entered into the SUMMIT Circle Awards.
JUDGING
Judges are selected among leaders in the home building industry. Judges are ineligible for entry. Points will be awarded for each item under the judging criteria. Each entry will also be judged on presentation of entry material. If only one entry is received in a given category, the judges will have the option of deciding whether an award is presented. The judges may determine not to present an award in any category where the quality and quantity of the work does not merit a winner. The decision of the judging panel is final. All entry materials become property of HBAGS/SMC.
